Crestwood Estate, Gold Coast

Crestwood Estate is situated at Molindinar on the Gold Coast. Crestwood is Ashmore shopping centre, Marina Mirage, and located close to Main Beach at Southport.

With over nine hectares of parkland, walkways, and bike paths, Crestwood has been developed by Australand over the past eight years. The site provides affordable, quality Gold Coast lifestyle land in an elevated position to catch the breezes.

To maximize the usability of the land and create level blocks (ranging from 400 to 800 square metres), extensive installation of Concrib concrete sleeper walls was carried out.  Many of the walls are up to 2.7 metres in height.

Since construction began on stage 1 of Crestwood nearly eight years ago, and with the recent completion of stage 13, there has been approximately twelve thousand square metres of Concrib sleeper walls have been constructed.
